Dr. Faisal Q. Khokhar (Tenure: 29th April 2004 - 24th July 2006) Dr. Khokhar has a Ph.D. from Manchester Business School, U.K. His research interest is Transformational and Transactional Leadership in the context of Creative Environments.

His research work includes Best Practices in Leadership Research presented at The Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, USA, Transformational Leadership presented at British Academy of Management, and Democratic Vs. Autocratic Leadership Styles in Public and Private Corporations presented at Manchester Federal School of Business Management. Before pursuing his Ph.D., Dr. Khokhar did his Masters in Business Administration from Cardiff Business School, University of Wales. His other qualifications include DMS from Portsmouth U.K. and Master Class of Leadership from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, USA.
